Elin Kling, the latest blonde bombshell to attract the attention of the Marciano brothers, recently announced her latest collaboration with Guess by Marciano. While Guess is not usually on my radar – in part due to only seeing their accessories line here – I am actually quite curious and a little bit excited! I mean, when has Elin ever let us down?! Available in the Fall, the capsule collection was inspired by matadors and the femme fatale qualities of their campaign archives… I’m certainly intrigued. How about you?

Wool And The Gang

In case you haven’t picked up on my love of knitwear, I LOVE KNITWEAR!!! I also have a love of making things by hand. That is where Wool and the Gang’s kits come in – choose what you’d like to make and buy the kit, which comes complete with wool, knitting needles, instructions, and a sewing needle. Could they have made it any easier to create your very own chunky, wooly, masterpiece?! I’m just heading here to buy their Jolie Mimi Cardigan kit in ivory white.

She says, ‘I am attracted to the evidence of the hand and its time-consuming aspect, which runs counter to the instant gratification and mass-production centred age of today.’ I am honestly still so stunned, I am actually struggling to put anything into words right now. You Heard Right

No more speculation! It is official! H&M have just announced their next collaboration with none other than the cult label… (imagine drum roll here)… Maison Martin Margiela! How avant-garde – Don’t you think? On November 15th, I will be poised and at the ready to hopefully add some signature deconstructed pieces to my growing H&M collab collection. I’m already nervous! Oh dear – when did I turn into such a fashion nerd?!

ADR for H&M

I’m not sure whether to be thrilled or completely scared at the announcement of H&M’s latest collaboration with Anna Dello Russo. On the one hand I admire her in all her over-the-top, blinged up, sparkling gold glory and yet on the other I am regularly aghast at how frightening she looks (case in point here and here). Okay, okay, okay… Am I being a little harsh?! Thankfully, the collaboration extends only to accessories, so for those of us too scared to take the plunge, a little toe-dipping in the form of a clutch or heels, might be all that is necessary. I mean, we can’t just completely write off the Editor at Large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, can we?

Marni Look Book

A while back I posted about Marni’s collaboration with H&M… Well, finally the look book has been released! I have to say, after scouring through the looks and product, I am just as excited about this collaboration as when I found out about it last November. Teaming graphic polka dots, resort prints, sequins, and signature Marni accessories, the collection measures up to all the hype. Here are my picks, my absolute favourite being the pajama jacket! It is a shame I’ll be travelling through the desert in India with sketchy (if any) internet connection. Poor me ;-)
