Love Pamela Love

Seriously, is this girl for real?! I mean, have you ever seen a more inspiring collection of jewellery created by a more stylish, beautiful, and nonchalantly cool individual?! I think I love you Pamela Love…

P.s. Can you spot Topshop’s recent inspiration for their arson flame boots (posted about here)?

The Stack

In case you’ve been living under a rock of late, we are currently in the midst of a love affair with the ‘stack’. I’m not talking about the type of stack where you embarrassingly fall flat on your face, I’m talking about the friendship bracelet stack. Harking back to school days, the friendship bracelet is having a major moment for grown-up fashionistas wanting to add a taste of colour and innocence to their look. I’ll be releasing my own interpretation soon, but here are some snaps to get you in the mood…

ADR for H&M

I’m not sure whether to be thrilled or completely scared at the announcement of H&M’s latest collaboration with Anna Dello Russo. On the one hand I admire her in all her over-the-top, blinged up, sparkling gold glory and yet on the other I am regularly aghast at how frightening she looks (case in point here and here). Okay, okay, okay… Am I being a little harsh?! Thankfully, the collaboration extends only to accessories, so for those of us too scared to take the plunge, a little toe-dipping in the form of a clutch or heels, might be all that is necessary. I mean, we can’t just completely write off the Editor at Large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, can we?

Aurelie Bidermann

I absolutely adore Aurelie Bidermann jewellery for its combination and reinvention of snakes, feathers, lace, insects, wheat, gingko leaves, and the famous braided do Brasil. It seems I’m not the only one either, with Proenza Schouler and Jason Wu seeking her out for collaborations. A self-confessed dreamer, traveller, and lover, her journey’s around the globe are what make each piece so treasured. Here are some of my picks – find the collection here
