I’ve been a long-standing admirer of Lyn Gardner, of Empire Vintage and The White House, for her signature aesthetic and this week I was lucky enough to work on a shoot in her home. There are very few homes you enter and could seriously imagine yourself living in, but this house was certainly one of them. In one of my favourite blogs, Tales of Endearment, Natalie Joos thoughtfully captures Ryan Roche’s home in all it’s coral, neon, fairly floss, and tutu pink glory. As Joos reports, Ryan’s favorite color is pink because in her opinion, “no better color exists in so many lovely shades”. To me, this shoot feels like a warm hug from an old friend or a balmy summer night…
